The Fund for New York City Public Schools (The Fund) secures and manages philanthropic investments to support New York City Public Schools' (NYCPS) strategic priorities and robust portfolio of education programs, from those that focus on teaching and learning at the classroom level to those that are implemented at the district and system-wide levels.  

The Fund sits in a unique position. We serve as a bridge between the philanthropic community and NYCPS, providing strategic and operational support as well as financial management.  

As a partner to NYCPS for over 40 years, The Fund enables NYCPS to use private funding to pilot and accelerate innovative projects; enhance promising, outcome-driven initiatives; and, respond strategically to emerging needs across the public school system.
